Dr Rosena Allin-Khan MPDr Rosena Allin-Khan MP was elected as Member of Parliament for Tooting in a by-election in 2016 and has previously served on the frontbench as Shadow Minister for Sport and Shadow Cabinet Member for Mental Health. She has worked in conflict zones and refugee camps around the world as a humanitarian doctor, and continues to work as an A&E doctor. In her role as Shadow Cabinet Member for Mental Health, Rosena helped develop Labour Party policy in the area. She works as an A&E doctor at St George’s Hospital, in her constituency, during her free time and Parliamentary recesses. During the pandemic, she worked in the NHS both in A&E and as part of the Family Support Liaison Team at the Royal London Hospital, in the ITU helping families communicate with sick and dying relatives. Rosena continues to be a powerful advocate in Parliament for the NHS.

Previously she was CEO at a Coventry based charity, working with vulnerable and sexually exploited women, and interim CEO at the Jon Egging Trust, supporting young people with barriers in their lives to reach their full potential.

Mohammed KoheealleeMohammed Koheeallee is a QESH Co-ordinator Projects and The Lead Accessibility Ambassador for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP GB), looking at ways to enable colleagues with a disability to be themselves, and to support CCEP GB in becoming a more diverse and inclusive business. Having been paraplegic since the age of 6 weeks old and growing up in a wheelchair has always set challenges in front of him. After searching for a career for many years, Mo found himself working at CCEP GB, starting off as a Grocery Merchandiser. In 2022, he joined the supply chain team as an Apprentice Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH) Co-ordinator. After successfully completing in Jan 2024, now being a qualified health & safety officer, Mo brings a unique perspective to a field that sometimes holds back people with disabilities and helped to create one of the first wheelchair accessible manufacturing sites in GB.
