Bola Ogundeji is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in planning and delivering human resources services at both strategic and practical levels, spanning private and public sector organisations. She currently serves as the Director of People and Organisational Development at the London Legacy Development Corporation, the organisation behind Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London. Starting her HR journey in an investment bank, Bola, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, has expertise in managing various HR portfolios. She is now focusing on culture, leadership, health and wellbeing, coaching, and DEI, driven by a passion for developing leaders and a firm belief in the influential role of HR in steering organisational success. Beyond HR, Bola practices as a couple and relationship therapist, offering limited psychotherapy sessions in private practice.
