Compassionate Employers is a workplace wellbeing programme delivered by Hospice UK, the national charity for end-of-life care.
Compassionate Employers supports 43,500 employees and their organisations to look after their people through grief, dying and caring.
We offer organisations the opportunity to benchmark themselves against the market and evaluate their employee support offer using our expertise and best practice, including policies, bereavement leave and line manager support.
Employers then receive tailored recommendations, guidance, and a dedicated account manager to support them in delivering gold standard employee support.
The money raised from the programme goes back into funding our 208 hospice members across the UK, helping to make end of life care accessible to everyone who needs it.
