Amanda Moore is Head of Reward at OVO, where she is focused on shaping the reward offer so that OVO continues to be a leading place to work. Her appointment involves leading the team through the annual reward cycle, as well as re-designing a wellbeing strategy that brings value and communicating the people offer through moments that matter. Amanda loves creating culture that people want to be a part of and enabling organisations to be the best place to work. As a people-centric leader, she enjoys coaching and developing teams to achieve organisational and individual goals. Prior to joining OVO, Amanda headed the reward team at Gymshark, where she built robust and competitive reward programmes for Gymshark globally, supporting the delivery of their ambitious growth plans as well as designing and leading the wellbeing, D&I and global mobility strategy.
