Prior to joining IAG Cargo as their CPO, Caroline Andrews served as Vice President of HR UK&IE at DHL Express. She has 25 years HR experience gained across a variety of different industries, including FMCGs, logistics, retail, telecommunications and manufacturing. Caroline has worked at companies such as Coca-Cola, The Carphone Warehouse, Warburtons, Christian Salvesen and, most recently, DHL. Additionally, she holds a Business Degree, Masters in HR, and an MBA, she also has a Fellow membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
