Davina Jenkins brings to the table a wealth of operational and management expertise gained across diverse business sectors. As a qualified learning and development professional and HRM lecturer, she has a keen interest in identifying the opportunities to improve the employee lifecycle through wellbeing and empowering individuals to bring their whole self to work. Recent work experience has involved supporting West Midlands based organisations to gain a wellbeing accreditation designed in conjunction with Health Education, England. Alongside her current role at Falmouth University as a tutor for wellbeing and professional development, she also champions UK and international business leaders to develop professionally through the CIPD HR qualifications for Reed Learning.
