Emma is a neurodiversity consultant at Thriiver. She is late diagnosed Autistic and has worked in academia for 11 years. She is a published author, public speaker, and certified neurodiversity and inclusion trainer. Emma has extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and has received key recognition for her leadership in developing and implementing DEIB strategies, addressing inequality gaps, and promoting best practices. Drawing upon her academic background in psychology and social research, she has developed a strong aptitude for understanding and implementing inclusion across a wide range of industries. Emma is also mum to a neurodivergent son and has first-hand experience of the unique challenges and impact on working parents.
