Flick Wileman is global lead for wellbeing and employee engagement at Reckitt – a FTSE15 consumer goods business – with a background in recruitment and talent acquisition. As an organisational psychology undergraduate student, she is fascinated by all facets of organisational psychology; employee experience, leadership, individual differences and behaviours, performance, organisational culture and organisational development and change. She is also a Prince 2 Agile Practitioner and a studying level 7 coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
