Francoise Woolley is the National Lead for Mental Health at Acas, with over two decades of experience in mental health across clinical, academic, strategic, and policy realms. Currently, she spearheads Acas’s strategic initiatives for workplace mental health and wellbeing support and provides expert advice and business solutions in this domain. Collaborating with external stakeholders, she actively shapes policy, fosters debate, and influences practices concerning workplace mental health. With a rich background spanning public and private sectors, Francoise specialises in developing and implementing tailored, evidence-based strategies to promote mental health and wellbeing within workplaces. Additionally, Francoise is a trained workplace mediator, an associate executive coach for senior civil service leaders, and a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner.
