Jane O’Mahoney is the Deputy Director of Workforce & Transformation at the House of Commons. She has held a number of leadership roles within Parliament UK, including a secondment to Government, leading strategic and operational programmes that deliver people centric policies and processes, improving the employee and customer experience. Since 2021, Jane has been the Deputy Director for the Estate Based Community, within the People and Culture Team, spearheading a range of initiatives to improve the employee experience for front-line colleagues, ensuring their needs and expectations are better understood and met.
