With over 15 years’ experience and two degrees in the wellbeing industry, Marcus Herbert has worked with individuals, elite athletes, and executives on enhancing their own personal wellbeing and reducing their risk of lifestyle diseases through effective behaviour change strategies. Transferring this experience into the corporate setting, he has worked with organisations from micro to global on their approach to organisational wellbeing and how to develop an effective and meaningful wellbeing strategy. More recently, Marcus has developed training courses to support directors, line managers and employees on the most effective ways to embrace health and wellbeing at work.
