Mariyana Zhou, serves as the Head of HR at 1inch Network, the global authority in decentralised finance. Leading a fully remote workforce, Mariyana focuses on delivering a people and culture strategy for the digital nomads workforce of the future. Balancing between employee engagement, global regulatory compliance, and ‘new gen’ wellbeing trends. She is paving the way for HR professionals and is always eager to share insights gained from adopting emerging technologies such as AI in day-to-day operations. Before joining 1inch, Mariyana held the position of HR Director at Boson Protocol, a pioneering company in tokenization and trade of any physical goods as redeemable NFTs within the Web3 space. Prior to that, she contributed as an HR consultant at PwC, where she supported international clients in refining their people strategies and executing M&A projects. She holds a Chartered Fellow CIPD membership and a degree in HR Management.
