Rashree Chhatrisha is Director of Pensions and Benefits at Saga. Since joining Saga, she has been given the opportunity of leading some reward critical projects, including the pensions change project, the benefits and wellbeing agenda review and way of working project. Rashree has an HR and legal background, specialising in reward strategy and employee benefits. She has had the opportunity of working at Coca-Cola and British Airways, where her experience included implementing critical reward projects, including pensions auto-enrolment, health care, flexible benefits, total reward statements, wellbeing programmes and share plans. Rashree sat on the Law society D&I committee for three years and also led the Gender Pay GAP review in her various roles.
