Rosalind Barrows has been the Group Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing at Kier since September
20222, Prior to Kier, she was Global Director Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing at Zapp and
before that she was with National Grid for nearly five years as their UK Lead – Wellbeing and Health.
Ros has a drive and passion for sensible risk management with her specialities being cultural
leadership and implementation of programmes to drive change from personnel, backed up with
procedures that reduce harm. She has a civil engineering, quarrying, construction and HV electrical
background.
