Sarah Twite is responsible for delivering Osborne Clarke’s Wellbeing Strategy, which positions wellbeing as a board-level priority and focuses on addressing the work-related drivers of poor mental health. Key initiatives include transforming line management, building support and ensuring effective governance. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Sarah led the first Wellbeing Strategy for Clifford Chance, building a programme of mental health awareness through training, developing targeted initiatives and activating a network of Mental Health Advocates to engage colleagues and help tackle stigma. Sarah also launched Clifford Chance’s inaugural Diversity and Inclusion strategy, identifying the priorities and programmes that would have an impact on behaviours, practices and culture.
