Sean Lofthouse joined Knight Frank Promise as a Building Manager in the Property Asset Management department in 2018 after working as Security Manager with Knight Frank for many years as a Security Manager. In 2022, Sean has been promoted to a Senior Building Manager, his role requires him to take direct responsibility for one of their recently acquired trophy assets at 31 St James Square, as well as have a line managing responsibilities for a Building Manager on two further trophy assets each with different clients. Duties for these sites include the management of health, safety and environmental compliance, staff management, service charge budget preparation and presentation, management of major and minor works projects, tendering and managing externally sourced contracts for soft and hard services. In addition, Sean leads the Central London team as the training champion for all new starters to the business and additionally has a prominent role within Promise’s commitment to wellbeing and in particular mental health.
